Chris Gouws was admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer of the South African High Court in 1989 and as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary of the High Court of Namibia in 1993.
Chris Gouws practises in the commercial and conveyancing department of FQP and has a wide filed of practice. He was a previous member of the Tax Tribunal of Namibia and moderator for the Namibia Conveyancing Examinations. Chris is also an active member of the namibian business community in his capacity as a legal professional and businessman. His passion for conserving Namibia’s natural heritage led to his co-founding the Gondwana Group of Companies in 1996 and subsequent appointment as its chairman.

Adrie van der Merwe was admitted as an attorney of the Namibian High Court in 1991, as a Conveyancer 1992 and as a Notary Public of the High Court of Namibia in 1991, subsequent to experience in the criminal maintenance and inquest courts.
She is the past President and Councillor of the Law Society of Namibia. She has further served as the Chairperson of the Law Society’s Standing Committee on Estates and gave valuable input into the Estates and Succession Amendment Act . Furthermore, Adrie van der Merwe has served on the Disciplinary Committee of the Law Society as well as the Law Reform and Development Commission of the Government Namibia by presidential appointment. She co-drafting the Married Persons Equality Act, Deeds registries Amendment Act and was involved in drafting the Maintenance Act, Combating of Domestic Violence Act and Recognition of Customary Marriages Bill.
She heads the FQP Estates department and holds post graduate diplomas in Deceased Estates Practice and Advanced Estate and Trust Administration, qualifying her for various appointments as curator, trustee and administrator of Estates. Lastly, she is a member of the Fiduciary Institute of Southern Africa.

Konrad Marais was admitted as an attorney on 20 September 2019 and has been litigating with vigour ever since. His approach is direct and efficient, yet considerate.
